Sam's Spares takes donated e-waste, refurbishes it and gives it, completely free of charge, to vulnerable people in our community via a network of Peer Partner organisations. Many of the items we are donated are still useable, and some even brand-new. These items can be sold to help us raise much needed funds for our not-for-profit organisation, as well as giving our potential customers a great product for a reasonable price. A win-win for everyone! With the aim of keeping as many items and IT devices in the circular economy for as long as possible, we look to eBay to sell our surplus stock.

Proven experience in a similar role is essential.

Our eBay expert will be able to:

• demonstrate proven experience in a similar role
• recognise the value of the products for sale
• photograph and display the items to their best effect
• communicate with customers clearly, patiently and with diplomacy, and answer any queries they may have
• provide any additional information about the product to potential customers
• accept payment using our cashless payment system
• keep up to date with the latest e-bay trends and tech products on the market so that our prices remain competitive.
