Volunteer Ice Cream Deliverer at Esperance Aged Care Facility

This position involves collecting the ice-cream cart from the Activities Centre.

Take the ice cream cart to the rostered wings, where ice-cream and cones will be stored. Walk around the wings with the ice-cream cart and make an ice-cream cone for the residents who would enjoy a sweet treat.

Enjoy chatting with our residents whilst delivering the ice-creams.

When finished return the cart to the Activities Centre, then a spray and wipe to freshen the cart for next time.

Ideally this is a two-person job and is expected to take 1.5 - 2 hours. Either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Can be worked on a roster system, for someone who can help out once a month or fortnightly.
