Friends of the Helmeted Honeyeater

We are looking for a Treasurer to help direct the organisation, particularly in the Accounting and Finance areas.

  • The Treasurer works with the existing board members, staff and our internal bookkeeper.
  • Attendance at monthly board meetings.
  • Liaison with Executive committee for oversight and strategic planning.
  • ensure that the financial records of the Association are kept in accordance with the Act; and
  • coordinate the preparation of the financial statements of the Association and their certification by the Board prior to their submission to the annual general meeting of the Association.
