Our lively Lifestyle Team at Abbey Gardens Aged Care Community in Warragul is looking for some extra hands on Mondays to help our older residents have a fabulous day!

As a Baptcare volunteer, we’ll give you all the support you need to ensure your time with us is both rewarding and a lot of fun.

You'll be helping with fun activities like:

  • Games, puzzles, and brain teasers
  • Running the Coffee Club (serve tea, coffee, and lots of smiles)
  • Dining with friends and making great memories
  • Fun exercise and walking groups
  • Bingo (it's a crowd favorite!)
  • Entertaining our residents with music and laughs
  • Chatting and being a Companion Volunteer
  • Themed events like Melbourne Cup, holidays, and cultural celebrations

We’ll pair you up with activities that match your interests, passions, and hobbies, because volunteering should be as fun for you as it is for our residents!

Your time and energy will help make our residents' days brighter, especially for those who have little or no family. Your friendship means the world to them, and you’ll have the chance to make some truly meaningful connections while spreading joy!
