Key Responsibilities of a Collective Leader include: • Coordinate the Collective in allocated region within specified timelines with the support of Melbourne-based Campaign Manager and local Committee Members. (The Committee Members are volunteers who work directly with you to redistribute donated nappies from Drop Points to local Beneficiary Organisations within an agreed timeline.) • Provide Campaign Manager timely reports on the progress of redistributing nappies to local community. (we provide all reporting templates) All aspects of the role are supported directly by the Campaign Manager. E.G. Sourcing of volunteers to count and sort through donated nappies. Providing reporting templates. We offer formal references if you’re seeking employment through this volunteer experience.

Requirements

Driver's Licence (C)

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following necessary skills and attributes: • Great passion to help the local community • Experience in leading teams who have key goals they need to attain within a specified timeline • Great communication skills- both verbal and written • Strong time management skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently at a local level, while being part of the broader TNC network
