Sam's Spares is a Gosnells-based not-for-profit organisation which has been running for just over two years now. We take unwanted e-waste, repair and refurbish it, and give it, completely free of charge, to vulnerable people in our community. We're not just diverting tonnes of e-waste form landfill, we are transforming lives and saving our planet-one device at a time! We're already well-respected in our local community, and we have a pretty healthy number of followers on Facebook. It's now time to share our success story with a different audience, and we need your help to create the content for the next stage of our social media journey. Key duties for this role will be:

• to get to know our organisation's story and what social media platforms we have been using to promote our amazing work

• to come up with innovative, creative and engaging ideas for short-form video content to use on You Tube and TikTok

• working as a member of our close-knit team you will need to create content which aligns to our organisation's values, and which appeals to a wide audience

• filming volunteers on site at our organisation during their busy day, as well as showing us out and about in the community, collecting or distributing IT, or at various community events.

• being patient, tactful, diplomatic and encouraging as required during the filming process!

• once the content has been approved by the President, uploading the videos to the platform and monitoring the views and results

• continue to provide advice and support on content creation, and how our organisation can continue to grow its social media presence and following.
