Our goal is to establish a strong training culture as well as several unique training programs.

The HR, Learning and Development Specialist will ultimately be responsible for the foundations Human Resources process end to end including on boarding function, ensuring all Volunteers have the best experience transitioning into their Volunteer role feeling settled and productive supported by the relevant training

Requirements Experience with Volunteers and volunteering Demonstrated experience in a similar role Proven track record of implementing and managing successful leadership training programs Experience in creating and implementing onboarding tracks and upskilling plans Excellent communication and facilitation skills Strong program management skills
Highly developed emotional intelligence A passion for learning and people development A warm personality and a great sense of humor! Genuine and authentic connection with our foundations values
