Program Assistant / Coordinator
What does the role involve?
- Participate in overseeing the overall program flow of the day together with the rest of the team
- Contribute to planning curated events for the different groups that come
- Help identify the needs of the individual volunteers and corporate attendees to have at certain time periods
- Assist the program and operations manager and volunteers in the activities

What skills or experience do I need?

Knowledge of CRMs like Salesforce

Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Administration or any related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Good Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people and provide guidance and assistance as needed.
