About the Role:

As a Customer Care Officer, you’ll play a vital role in checking in with our aged care customers through regular phone calls. These conversations help foster a sense of community, address any concerns, and ensure our clients feel supported and heard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular phone check-ins with aged care clients.
  • Provide a friendly and empathetic ear to listen to their needs and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Identify and report any concerns or issues to management.
  • Support initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and well-being.
