300 Blankets only exists because of the generosity of its volunteers who contribute their valuable time to enable us to run two Programs; Outreach (twice weekly) and Soul Kitchen (once per week), providing essential support to people at risk of, or who are experiencing homelessness.

With over 100 active volunteers at any one time, 300 Blankets is committed to improving its volunteer retention, engagement, and leadership pathways.

The Volunteer Engagement Manager will be essential in bringing about these initiatives at 300 Blankets and their contributions will include:

● Regular comms with new, existing, and potential volunteers to check in and encourage signups. ● Follow up with volunteers who were absent at the designated Program activity. ● Using Volaby as a tracking and comms tool. ● Working closely with the Volunteer Managers. ● Working with and reporting to the 300 Blankets management team on a regular / as-required basis. ● Leading volunteer engagement initiatives. ● Leading internal comms about volunteer news and updates
