As a Reception Volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Centre. Your role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for those seeking our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients in a welcoming, non-judgmental manner.
  • Telephone Management: Answer phone calls, provide information, and transfer calls as necessary.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings for the Centre's various services.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, managing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a supportive team to provide excellent client service.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Sound clerical and office experience, including proficiency with computers.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and work independently.
  • Personality: Friendly, professional, and non-judgmental approach.
  • Compliance: A BlueCard is required for this role, and we can assist you in obtaining one at no cost.
