What does a typical day look like in a Shop?
By joining the team you’ll get the opportunity to:
- Lead and engage a team of shop volunteers with sales and customer service
- Create window and visual merchandising displays
- Prepare donations for sale
- Contribute your skills and help us raise money for those in need.
Ongoing support and training will be provided by the Area Manager.

- Commitment to your nominated shifts
What’s the application process?
- No need to upload a resume – just tell us why you’re interested in the role
- We’ll then have a friendly interview in store and ask you a few questions and you can ask us questions too
- You must be at least 15 years of age (QLD – You must be 16)
- Completing a National Police check (paid for by Red Cross)
- You will also be required to complete an Induction into our organisation and Retail program
