The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme provides opportunities for volunteers to honour older people through the gift of friendship.

Visits could involve chatting, playing card games, going for a walk or listening to music. We're always hearing of wonderfully creative ways that our superstar volunteers engage with their recipients.

No experience necessary - you need be kind, empathetic and reliable. The role will adapt to suit you and the person you visit.
