Volunteer to mind preschool children while parents in the class

Looking for childcare volunteers to supervise play for pre-school children while their mothers are learning English. Mothers and children will be in the same room and children will be in eyesight of their mothers.

OUTLINE OF VOLUNTEER'S SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS
- Help facilitate and supervise playgroup activities: like stories, rhymes
- Play and talk to children and their parents
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children
- Share knowledge and skills with other volunteers
**CONFIRMED VOLUNTEERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO: **
- Have understanding and sympathy with the mission and ethos of Jesuit Social Services
- Comply with relevant legislation including Jesuit Social Services policies and procedure
- Have valid Working with Children Check
- Successful interview, referee check, and Police Check conducted by Jesuit Social Services (at no cost for volunteers)
