Volunteers are essential for the delivery of our services to those who need a little help to stay in their own homes and communities for longer.

As a Social Support Volunteer with CTST, you can:

• visit someone in their home to help ease loneliness by sharing a cuppa and a chat
• take individuals out to social events of their choice to build community connections
• help someone to do their shopping and maintain their independence
• provide respite for a carer

Giving your time and energy to help others not only strengthens our community bonds but also highlights the importance of volunteerism to others in building a compassionate and resilient society.

We have a dedicated team to bring you onboard via our award winning volunteer training program. You’ll volunteer in a friendly and supportive team environment with access to ongoing training including courses like first aid and driver education. We also value the time and effort of our volunteers and offer a generous reimbursement program.
