CRM & Administration Support - Sydney CBD - #225300
We are always looking to engage with individuals that may wish to offer us a few hours each week to assist us with general admin duties and full training will be provided. We work across three states (NSW, VIC & QLD) and have a very lean team of 16 staff, so any help is appreciated. You would join our friendly staff in our Sydney head office (based in the CBD), allowing you to fully engage with the team and utilise our resources and facilities.
Key Duties

Help to maintain and update our CRM database. Example tasks include entering of donor gifts/pledges, batching of event participants and merging of duplicate records. Full training provided.

General Microsoft Office tasks in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.

Proficient skills for a basic database system & Microsoft Office 365 cloud-based software environment

Commitment to the role - min. 6 months or longer preferred please due to onboarding requirements
