Answer client calls throughout the day.
provide information regarding the NILs application process.
monitor inbox, save documents as they arrive, ticking off in the database as they come in.
flagging system when all documentation has been received so that we can process.

Reimbursement

Discounted Police Checks are available for $15 and you will be reimbursed once you become an HCA volunteer.

National Police Certificate
Working with Children Check

What you will need – ability to provide support to vulnerable clients in a compassionate and professional manner great computer skills, with knowledge of Google Mail and Google Docs attention to detail great organisational skills previous administration experience would be great! Volunteer Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
