Greek speaking Aged Care Volunteer Visitors needed in Oakleigh

Would you like to visit an older person and make a real difference in their life? Can you speak Greek?

Greek speaking aged care residents would benefit from your company. A little conversation in your own mother tongue can go a long way for an older person living alone or in aged care.

MS Plus is funded to provide a volunteer visiting program – the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS).

You need to be warm, caring, reliable and be willing to commit to weekly visits, or at least fortnightly visits, for a minimum of 6 months.

Good Greek communication skills are required for this recipient, however volunteers with other languages willing to be matched to the same language are very welcome to enquire.
