Friday Gardening Assistants needed: Canterbury-Bankstown - Inner West

Who? Our Canterbury Community Centre's Garden Care Service converts gardens to become low maintenance for elderly residents so that they can continue to live independently in their own homes. Our goal is always access and safety.

How? Experienced and friendly Garden Care will help and guide you with weeding, mulching, pruning and making the garden safe, accessible and tidy.

When? Thursdays and Fridays :) Teams commence work from from 9am and finish at 12pm Mondays to Fridays.

Where? We work in Gardens in some suburbs across the Inner West and Canterbury Bankstown local government areas.

Who/When can I volunteer? If you're reliable, available and interested in gardening and being outside, we would love to have you join us and commit to at least once a week/fortnight or month.

* You would need to be able to transport yourself to and from the gardens.
