Social Companion - French Speaker

Our French speaking Social Companion Volunteerwould be such a valued person for a resident who has a French background, as they often revert back to their original language therefore making it hard to communicate and join in with group activities. The volunteer would visit on a one on one basis to have conversations with the resident and help them if they want to join an activity.

You will be supported by our Aged Care Team at the home as well as the broader Bethanie Volunteer Team.

This volunteer opportunity invites you to help make a meaningful difference by supporting our staff in providing engagment and companionship with our residents.

Through ongoing visits, you will establish wonderful new friendships.
