Gala ball event promotion, marketing, communication, ticket sales

Streetwork has been supporting vulnerable young people in our North Shore community to turn their lives around for 45 years. The Streetwork Glam n Grunge Ball has been our signature event for over 10 years and is our major fundraiser.
The promotion team ensures we attract lots of people and organisations and raise lots of money. The team divides up all the tasks on our ‘to do’ list, meets weekly or fortnightly as required (often virtually) to track progress and deal with anything that arises.
Team members are experienced in promoting similar events, sourcing auction prizes, designing sponsorship packages and approaching organisations. They reliably deliver their tasks and enjoy working as part of a lively and fun team.
