South Shepparton Community Centre (SSCC) is a proud Neighbourhood House and Learn Local Education provider, dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and advancing social and public welfare across our vibrant community. With modern facilities, room hire options, food support services, engaging programs and a variety of community events, SSCC is a welcoming hub where everyone belongs.

We are currently seeking passionate, qualified/experienced and community minded individuals to join our Committee of Management in the volunteer roles of President, Vice-President and general Committee Member.

Ideal candidates will bring: • A strong connection to the Greater Shepparton community • Experience in governance and committee leadership • An understanding of government policies and procedures relating to not-for-profit organisations • Skills in advertising, marketing, or fundraising • Experience with risk management • Legal knowledge, particularly in the not-for-profit sector

Committee meetings are held monthly at the community centre. Successful applicants will be expected to actively participate in meetings and support key community initiatives, including fundraising events.
