📋 Volunteer Admin Assistant – Vet Clinic (Yarra Valley) One day a week – every Wednesday | In-person role | Some remote work possible

Are you organised, reliable, and passionate about animal welfare? Join our small, friendly team at a busy, privately-owned vet clinic in the Yarra Valley, operated by a dedicated animal rescue group. Every dollar we raise goes directly back into rescuing and caring for more animals in need.

We’re looking for a Volunteer Admin Assistant to help us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

🐾 What You’ll Do: Support reception/admin tasks on-site every Wednesday

Manage files, data entry, and appointment systems

Help with light office coordination and organisation

Optional: assist with basic admin tasks from home (for the right person)

Detail-oriented and organised
