Gardeners needed in Roselands, Canterbury, Lakemba and Campsie

Who? Canterbury Community Centre's Garden Care Team works on gardens with the goal of low maintenance, safe and accessible. As a result, elderly residents can continue to live independently in their own homes.

How? Our experienced teams visit homes to garden every weekday morning. They will help and guide you with weeding, mulching, pruning and making the garden safe, accessible and tidy.

When? Teams start work from 9 am and finish at 12pm Mondays to Fridays. If you're free on a weekday morning, come and join us!

Where? We work in Gardens across the Inner West and Canterbury Bankstown local government areas.

Who/When can I volunteer? All skill levels including novices are welcome! If you're reliable, available and interested in gardening, we would love to have you join us and commit to at least once a week/fortnight or month.

* You would need to be able to transport yourself to and from the gardens.
