The Young Digital Mentor Program aims to engage young people aged 16-21 to support older adults from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds in developing digital skills and confidence. Through one-on-one and group mentoring, digital mentors play a key role in promoting digital inclusion, reducing isolation, and empowering community members to access online services and opportunities. This role provides valuable experience in community engagement, leadership, and digital education.
