RMHC Central West Hospitality Cart - Bathurst Hospital

Volunteers are critical to the success of the Cart and will help to stock the cart, deliver the items, connect with sick children and their families and provide general well-being checks (no medical training is required).

Commitment & Compliance Requirements

Be able to contribute 1 shift per week, fortnight or 1 per month
Be friendly and reliable
Be physically able
represent the Charity in a positive manner at all times Ability to hold a Working With Children Check and undertake a National Criminal Check Any relevant vaccinations in line with the necessary hospital partner.

Training

RMHC will provide relevant training for the operation of the Cart. All Volunteers additionally will need to complete relevant online training for Safeguarding of Children and Young People and WHS as a minimum.

Time required

Coming in 2025 - Express your Interest for this role We are seeking volunteers who can contribute 1 shift per fortnight. Initially the cart will operate 3 days per week between 10am-12 noon, with regular reviews into additional shifts that may be required to support families.
