About Us The Lupus Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by lupus. Through research, advocacy, and community outreach, we aim to advance understanding, treatment, and support.
The Role
As the Event Fundraiser Manager, you will: • Plan, organize, and execute high-quality fundraising events, including awareness campaigns. • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. • Collaborate with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and staff to maximize event impact. • Design and implement creative strategies to engage communities and boost participation. • Oversee post-event reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement. About You We’re looking for someone who: • Has proven experience in not-for-profit (NFP) or social enterprise event management or fundraising (3+ years preferred). • Is an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. • Is creative, organized, and detail-driven, with strong problem-solving skills. • Demonstrates a passion for our cause and commitment to making an impact.
