POSITION DESCRIPTION: - Personal Assistant to the Manager - Volunteer PURPOSE OF POSITION: - To assist the Manager RESPONSIBLE TO: - The Manager DUTIES: - • Filing • Governance document updates • Workplace Health and Safety • Creating and maintaining documents/spreadsheets • Answer the telephone • Marketing to Home Care Package Providers • Other duties, as requested HOURS: - 15 hours per week SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - • Ability to work as part of a team & autonomously • Ability to use Microsoft suite of applications • Confident with answering phones, transferring calls etc. • Empathy with the frail elderly and people with disabilities • Willingness to take on other duties as required • Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
