Aged Care Multi-Resident Visitor

Rosewood is currently recruiting volunteers who aspire to make a difference in lives! Entering into residential aged care can often be a hard adjustment, resulting in individuals feeling isolated, lonely and longing for companionship- Help us conquer this!

Are you a bit of a chameleon, "all-rounder" volunteer to work your magic in our facility. This role aims to provide a flexible companionship arrangement and benefits residents who steer away from structured and formality-based support. This includes meeting and greeting residents of all cognition levels, backgrounds, and interests by conducting one-on-one unplanned visits, assisting with activities and encouraging participation to engage.
