Event Description: Join us at Prince of Wales Bay to celebrate NAIDOC week!

We'll start the event with a smoking ceremony performed by Trish from Nita Education, which will connect us with the land and with the ancient culture that cherishes and looks after the timtumili minanya (Derwent River).

Afterwards, we'll be planting 160 native plants along the foreshore, to build back habitat at this site and increase biodiversity.

Please note we require all participants to wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, fully enclosed shoes and a hat.
