Virtual Grant Writing Volunteer – Help Fund Local Climate Action!

What’s involved?

• Researching funding opportunities, grants, and relevant programs
• Assisting with writing, editing, and submitting grant applications
• Helping develop simple budgets or project descriptions (support provided)
• Working with local teams behind the Riddells Creek Cool Changes initiative and the 2026 Enviro-Energy Expo

What you’ll need:

• Strong written communication and research skills
• Some experience with grants, funding, or formal writing
• Access to a computer and reliable internet
• An interest in sustainability, local community, and impact-driven work

Time commitment: Flexible - just a few hours a month depending on availability and funding deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity to support real change from behind the scenes, all from the comfort of your home.
