About the Role:

This volunteer role will provide administrative and organizational support to assist with the smooth operation of projects and day-to-day activities.

Tasks may include: · Document formatting and administration support · Organizing files, records and systems · Preparing templates, forms and basic reports · Supporting communication and coordination across teams

What We’re Looking For: · Strong administration and organizational skills · Experience as an Executive Assistant of Administrator · High attention to detail · Strong written communication skills · Confidence using Google Workspace including Google Docs, Google Sheets · The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Experience within the community, disability or not-for-profit sector would be highly regarded but is not essential.
