Volunteer Office Assistant

South West Community Transport

Are you in a position to give back to your community? Do you have some spare time during the week and keen to get out and help others? South West Community Transport are actively looking for Volunteer Office Assistants to support our friendly team.

South West Community Transport provides transport services to the elderly 65 years and over (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders), registered NDIS clients, carers and people who may be transport disadvantaged. The areas we cover include Liverpool, Fairfield, Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly and Wingecarribee LGA's.

To be considered for this position, you will need the following:

  • Ability to work as a constructive team member
  • Demonstrated administration skills relevant to SWCT
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Ability to take direction
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to be self motivated and show initiative
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements with regard to working in an office
