Provide smooth and efficient assistance and support office staff; This position involves: Signing in-out procedure for volunteer shifts, general computer, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Writing receipts for payments and providing end of day reconciliation. Manage all telephone procedures: check & deliver messages, responding to and transferring calls and recording accurate details and messages etc.

Additionally there will be general filing, photocopying and responsible delivery and collection of mail. Guest accommodation bookings and also show guest around upon arrival. There may also be specific jobs allocated by business manager and end of day procedures to be completed.
