    The facilitator of a pain support group (PSG) helps the group to: share their experiences of living with chronic pain, educate the group about self-management techniques and to effectively use healthcare settings. The PSG provides an avenue for people with pain to socialise with others and reduce the isolation of chronic pain. The group meets once a month for 1.5 to 2 hours.

    Are you an outdoors person who has a keen interest in land/tree management? Trees for Life requires volunteer bushcarers working at one or a number of native bushland locations on the Fleurieu Peninsula eg Victor Harbor, Encounter Bay, Goolwa, Finniss, Strathalbyn and more. After attending a 1 day training workshop (half day theory, half day in field) volunteers will participate in weed management (forking out weeds, cutting, clubbing and herbicide).
