Christie Downs Community House is seeking a fit and reliable person to provide grounds maintenance for the Centre. This will involve a range of tasks to ensure the grounds are kept tidy including rubbish collection, raking, leaf and tree litter disposal, bins. The person will be required on Monday and Thursday for 3 hours each day. Police clearance / DCSI check will be undertaken.

Trees for Life requires volunteer bushcarers working at one or a number of native bushland locations on the Fleurieu Peninsula eg Victor Harbor, Encounter Bay, Goolwa, Finniss, Strathalbyn and more. After attending a 1 day training workshop (half day theory, half day in field) volunteers will participate in weed management (forking out weeds, cutting, clubbing and herbicide). Average 50 hours per year.
