The President is responsible for focusing on the core functions of Coastal Dry Tropics Landcare Incorporated (CDTLI) to enable it to achieve its long term vision. Specifically, this person will need to ensure that the group’s operations, fundraising, marketing and program strategies are effectively managed and implemented.
We are seeking Volunteer Education Mentors for our RISE Education Program in Townsville region. RISE Education Mentors are responsible for providing one on one mentoring out of the classroom bi-weekly for one hour to a student with a parent in prison. Minimum 12 months commitment, 1 hour bi-weekly or when required for the School Suspension program is essential.

Undertake guided tours of the Museum as necessary. Undertake Gallery Attendant duties in allocated gallery, as per roster. Meet and greet, and interact with members of the public. Answer visitor questions, as required. Direct visitors to appropriate services (i.e. toilet, water fountain, seats disabled facilities etc). Other duties as directed.
