Would you like to get involved in a truly heart-warming volunteer role? We are currently needing volunteers to provide social visits to residents at our Residential Aged Care in North Geelong. This could involve good conversation over a cup of tea, sitting in our beautiful courtyard together, reading or listening to music together.
Stella's Café is located on site at our Residential Aged Care and services residents, their families, staff and outside community groups. If you are passionate about customer service and hospitality, then this is the volunteer role for you!
Can you speak Italian, Dutch, Croatian or Serbian? We are currently looking for volunteers in these languages, to visit residents and converse in their language, at our Residential Aged Care in North Geelong. Our lawn mowing assistant role involves supporting refugee families who have just arrived in Australia. It includes visiting homes around the Corio/Norlane area of Geelong and mowing lawns. We offer this service for a limited period of time, whilst the family are settling into life in Australia and learning skills which they may not have ever had the need to do.

Geelong Miniature Railway is a registered Charity organisation made up of railway enthusiasts, who have come together to plan and build Geelong’s first passenger carrying miniature railway and family park. We are looking for like minded club members willing to share their professional and trade-based skills and learn additional skills.
We are growing!
