Our volunteer Lead Tenants live with young people in a property and are supported by our staff. The program provides accommodation and support services to young people aged between 16/21yrs. It provides a way to support young people who can't live at home and need to start working towards living on their own. This transitional step offers young people freedom to live independently at home.
Lead Tenants are given the opportunity to live with 2-3 young people. They provide positive role modelling and support both in managing their own daily routines and commitments, and in their personal conduct within the household and community.
