This Volunteer Role (DES) reports to the Regional Coordinator (RC). The purpose of the role is to assist individuals with disability, mental illness, injury or health conditions to maintain sustainable employment in the open labour market. The Volunteer will provide person centred assistance that will vary depending on the individual needs of each participant to achieve greater social inclusion through workforce participation and training.

Love children and have some space in your heart and home to help a young person? Volunteer Foster Carers provide short term, long term, emergency or respite care for children who are unable to live in their own home for a variety of reasons.
Would you like to be part of the Clarence Community Volunteer Service? The service aims to assist people over 65 and younger people with disabilities to stay in their own homes. We are seeking people able to provide transport and accompany a person shopping or, depending on the clients wishes, do the shopping on your own (list shop).
If you want to work around horses and are reasonably fit then this could be for you. Our clients are people living with disabilities who want to learn to ride. You can help them to enjoy this activity and contribute to your community. Or you may have office and administration skills and want to join the committee or IT skills and want to assist with maintaining the website.
We are always seeking experienced volunteer drivers with a Medium Rigid class licence and a good driving record. We drive Day Center and Mens’ Shed clients from home to Glenview and back, take our residents and clients on lunch outings and generally have a lot of fun. Why don't you join us?
