SafeMoves is an exercise and education program to keep people safe on their feet. Suitable for those who have had a fall as well as those who wish to prevent having one. Clients complete exercises to improve balance and maintain independence.
ACE is a chair-based exercise program, run by EACH, designed for people who are frail or have limited ability to exercise. This weekly program involves a combination of gentle exercise to music, strength training, relaxation and activities promoting mobility and independence.
