Treatment Volunteer Drivers are required to convey patients to and from their designated appointments. Vehicle is provided and a police check is required. Current car licence essential. Volunteers need to be caring, patient, understanding and friendly. Good presentation is essential.
Meals on Wheels (MOW) volunteers play an integral role transporting nutritious meals from a MOW meal provider to older people in our communities. For many MOW recipients, the volunteer is the only person they see that day, so the service also plays a vital role in social connection and monitoring wellbeing of older people. If you are a caring and compassionate individual with a vehicle, a drivers' licence, and a desire to help people, then we would love to hear from you!
