We are trying to recruit more volunteers to participate in our hot meal deliveries to homeless people. We are trying to find people who are available on a Sunday late afternoon. If we receive enough interest, we will also start more weekday deliveries

The co-facilitator of a pain support group (PSG) for Sunshine Coast University Hospital region helps the group to: share their experiences of living with chronic pain, educate the group about self-management techniques and to effectively use healthcare settings. The PSG provides an avenue for people with pain to socialise with others and reduce the isolation of chronic pain. The group meets once a month for 1.5 to 2 hours. We're looking for multiple facilitators for a number of new groups.
