Wangaratta Community Toy Library is a not for profit organisation which has been running for over 40 years. We provide high quality educational toys to our community members who may not otherwise be able to access them. To continue to provide this service we are seeking volunteers to help for 2.5 hrs Saturday mornings at least once a month. Want hands-on work that actually helps the environment? We grow local native (indigenous) plants from seed or cuttings for revegetation projects or local gardens. Our retail area is open to the public for plant sales. More indigenous plants in gardens and larger revegetation projects provide habitat for native animals, birds and insects, and reduce species loss. We rely on volunteers but lockdowns hit us hard. Please help us get back to the thriving nursery from before the pandemic!
