    The Green Gym is a fun and free outdoor program where participants are guided in practical conservation and gardening activities that will help transform gardens for the community to enjoy. This is a program for 50-80 year olds which combines health, fitness and conservation. Volunteers warm up and cool down in preparation for a range of gentle to moderate activities to suit all abilities.
