The 2018 MACA Ride to Conquer Cancer® is 200kms two-day cycling event that raises money for cancer research at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. This event starts and finishes at McCallum Park with overnight camping in Mandurah. For this to happen, we require passionate Crew and Volunteers throughout the weekend.

Plastic mini collection dogs are placed in a wide variety of small and large businesses throughout metropolitan and country areas. You will play an important role by placing, collecting and maintaining the Mini dogs in a variety of host sites throughout Perth.

As a non-profit, non-government funded organisation, Guide Dogs WA relies on vital funding from the community to raise and train Guide Dogs. Community Events Volunteers play a vital role in our fundraising program by representing Guide Dogs WA at community events to raise awareness and much needed funds for the organisation. Some examples of community events may include school fairs, community festivals and weekend markets.

We have a compassionate team and we seek a resident of the area who can keep a loving eye, after hours, on the property to ensure the site looks maintained, with bins moved on Saturday, any mail securely contained and reporting any gardening, lighting and maintenance issues to administration.
