We are looking for creative and friendly volunteers for our Guildford Aged Care residence to assist residents write and create their life story books. Volunteers will be guided by the Occupational Therapist and Lifestyle Facilitator to create a space for personal reflection and connection through sharing life stories.
Seeking a mentor for our Social Textiles Group, a free inclusive social group for people who enjoy textile crafts ranging from beginners to experienced.
Repair Lab Melville is a community event run by volunteers who use their skills to help people repair items that would otherwise be discarded and sent to landfill. Repair Lab Assistants will help set up and pack up the event, help Repair Lab Melville attendees to carry items for repair into the venue, answer general enquiries and direct attendees to repair stations.
We require volunteers to offer arts and crafts to patients and their families.
The Hub 6163 holds Repair Hubs every third Sunday of the month from 10:00 to 12:00. Where people can bring along their garments that need stitching up, bicycles that need repair, or appliances and jewellery in need of fixing.
Come along to our Play and Learn Playgroup at Moorditj Kulungar Kwinana. This session provides learning through play opportunities and a safe space for children and families to connect. The Playgroup is for children aged 0 – 4 years led by our Aboriginal Resource Worker, we provide opportunities for Aboriginal families who visit us to learn about the first 3 years of a child’s life and prepare them for school.
Interested in Arts? Do you enjoy painting with watercolours? Or do you consider your drawing skills very special? We are a Community Adult Learning Centre which provides adults with the opportunity to learn new skills, share their knowledge and meet socially. If you are engaging, bright and would love to tutor in drawing, watercolours, and anything in general - we would like to get to know you. Teaching experience is not required- just a passion to share with others. Centrelink registered!

Mundaring Sharing is a Community Adult Learning Centre which provides adults with the opportunity to learn new skills, share their knowledge and meet socially.
