Books on Wheels Services support the delivery of library materials to housebound library members residing within the City of Canning. In keeping with the Learning City Strategy, Books on Wheels Services supports communities to access dynamic learning opportunities through the provision of library materials that would otherwise prove difficult for members to access due to their housebound conditions.
