    Field Day at the Tablelands Cassowary Rehab Facility

    As part of the Community Sustainability Action Grant, CVA are helping to undertake various rehabilitation duties on a Nature Refuge in the Atherton Tablelands, which doubles as the Tablelands Cassowary Rehabilitation Facility. Volunteers will be introduced to the facility with a brief tour and talk about Cassowaries and the history of the refuge, and the undertake various activities throughout the day including, mulching & watering, weeding and planting within the Refuge. BBQ lunch provided.
