    Come and join the team at Rivermount College as we help students maintain their native vegetation planting! Adjacent to the beautiful Albert River - home to platypus, koalas and other endemic wildlife, this location is an ideal place to learn about conservation and habitat restoration. Following previous flooding, some areas are beginning to sprout new castor oil plants. Join us as we remove these new weeds to prevent further spreading as well as maintain previous plantings in the area.

    Our Recycled Clothing stores are all about "opportunity" - opportunity to discover exciting new fashion labels and pre-loved items at great prices, while raising funds to create opportunities for people with a disability. Volunteer Van Driver Off-siders are required urgently at our Beenleigh and Capalaba stores to assist with the collection of donated furniture and other household goods that can be sold in our stores which will allow us to raise vital funds for people with a disability.

    Help maintain environment / tree planting /special projects. Will need some level of physical fitness and an interest in the environment. Help with maintenance at Land Care sites around town - Bush Garden, Turtle Bridge, Lou Litster and Mundy Creek. Volunteers can be accepted as young as 12 and 13. Volunteers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by parents or guardians.

    We need someone who is prepared to help 2 to 3 Saturdays a month. We are looking for someone who is older than 15 years of age. Someone who likes to be with young people and who is good role model. Someone who is able to promote and maintain a safe and secure environment for the young people and will provide assistance on Saturdays for up to 8 hours. We are looking for someone in the Brisbane area. We are looking for a committed person who is able to help for twelve months.
